This keystone convention of democracy is commonly ignored and violated by public officials in Nevada who assert illegitimate authority over we, the sovereign people. Their doing so is nothing less than treason, i.e., the overthrow of legitimate government.
It has become standard practice for public officials to believe and practice that the people's business is none of the people's business. It has become standard practice for judges to issue rulings that support their fellow, criminal officials at the expense of justice and decent, American government as envisioned by the Founding Fathers.
We now have a situation in Nevada where electronic voting machines are used to count votes in secret where citizens can not monitor honesty and accuracy. Experts have determined that the Sequoia voting machines used in all Nevada counties can be easily rigged BY INSIDERS to throw elections.
State officials including our corrupt attorney general, Catherine Cortez Masto, and our corrupt secretary of state, Ross Miller, refuse to acknowledge and discuss our state's dirty elections system. Such refusal shouts loudly and clearly: "We public officials are sovereign and you, the people, are not sovereign. We public officials can decide what we want you, the people, to know and what we don't want you to know. You, the people, no longer have control over instruments you have created. After all, we public officials control hired guns and the legal system which sure as hell is not a justice system."
This is nothing less than treason. Masto, Miller, and many other government employees [hired help] have already committed countless overt actions which have overthrown the American vision of government under law intended to provide liberty and justice for all. Masto, Miller, and many other government employees have, at this point in time, qualified for legal execution as enemies of legitimate, Constitutional government. To assert sovereignty over the people is treason. To treat the people's business as none of the people's business is treason. To refuse to answer questions about such matters as our voting system is treason. To employ corrupt voting machines is treason. To structure government so that the people no longer control their hired help is treason. To sell government influence and decisions to the highest bidders is treason. To tell we, the people, to go to hell is treason. It is past time to put such corrupt bastards as Masto and Miller on trial in honest courts featuring fully-informed juries. It is time to execute all public officials who are found guilty of treason.

Greetings:
Dean Heller, who was Nevada Secretary of State at the time, purchased touch-screen voting machines from Sequoia Voting Systems for use in all Nevada counties. This followed said machines being fraudulently misrepresented as "tamper-proof" by Howard Cramer, Sequoia's Vice President for Marketing, and by other Sequoia employees.
During 2007, world-class computer security experts reviewed exact-same voting machines in California when so-requested by Debra Bowen, California Secretary of State. These experts determined that said machines are FAR from being tamperproof. They can be manipulated in a number of ways to report false vote counts.
Said determination has been confirmed by other experts at Johns Hopkins University, Princeton University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc. Further, independent experts who service Fortune 500 companies also agree with the 2007 California study; one such being Dr. Chuck Herrin.
Sequoia's Cramer lied to Heller and other state officials in order to procure a multimillion-dollar sale, thereby committing not only theft, but also a form of treason, i.e., making it quite possible for knowledgeable Nevada officials, such as registrars of voters including Larry Lomax in Clark County and Dan Burk in Washoe County, to manipulate Sequoia machines for the conscious intent of throwing elections. Does any attempt to throw any election not amount to an attempt to overthrow legitimate government? Does attempting to overthrow legitimate government not amount to treason ~ a capital crime?
How can the sovereign people of Nevada know for certain that persons holding current elective positions were elected honestly? What are the ramifications of impostors wielding public powers which have not been legitimately delegated to them? Is it realistic to calculate that potential liabilities are in the billions of dollars? When an impostor judge, who holds no legitimate powers to sentence anyone to jail, actually orders the incarceration of any person, is this not kidnapping ~ a capital crime?
As Nevada's current secretary of state, why are you not proceeding with litigation against Sequoia for having lied about the integrity of its voting machines, thereby resulting in its theft of millions of dollars from Nevada?
Further, are you prepared to demand that all registrars of voters in Nevada be required to take polygraph examinations regarding their knowledge having to do with manipulating Sequoia machines for the willful purpose of throwing elections?
McNally v. U.S., 483 U.S. 350, 371-372, and U.S. v. Holzer, 816 F.2d. 304, 307, state:
Fraud in its elementary common law sense of deceit … includes the deliberate concealment of material information in a setting of fiduciary obligation. A public official is a fiduciary toward the public … and if he deliberately conceals material information from them he is guilty of fraud.
Mr. Miller, do you acknowledge that your fiduciary relationship with the sovereign people of Nevada mandates that you answer the above questions?
Or must you be sued for nonfeasance, dereliction of duty, failure to perform, fraud, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to overthrow legitimate government, and impersonating a public official, etc.?
Mr. Miller, it would behoove you to expedite litigation against Cramer and Sequoia.
It is anticipated
that Miller will not initiate litigation against Cramer and Sequoia.
Miller is loyal to the power elite of Nevada ~ and not to the sovereign
people.
It will thereby become necessary to sue Miller and others for treason,
etc.
Attempts to deny justice and due process within Nevada's corrupt legal
system will be treated accordingly, assertively, and effectively.

TASK FORCE WILL TARGET ELECTION FRAUD, INTIMIDATION AND OTHER ELECTION-RELATED VIOLATIONS
[Sounds as if all will be well with the integrity of our elections this year, but it's not difficult to expose this media release as just more deceitful and hypocritical government BS. Remember studying about Hitler's big lies? Well, our corrupt leaders also lie.]
Anticipating record voter turnout nationally and in Nevada, the Nevada Secretary of State, the Nevada Attorney General, the United States Attorney’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation today announced an ongoing collaborative effort targeting voter registration and election fraud. The Election Integrity Task Force will investigate complaints regarding questionable voter registration practices, potential voter fraud, and enforcement of laws regarding voter intimidation.
“If there is any type of fraud or intimidation in any part of the registration or voting process, this task force will be prepared to address it,” said Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller, whose responsibilities include that of chief elections officer for Nevada. “We’re constantly reminding Nevadans that every vote counts, and part of making sure every vote counts is ensuring the integrity of the system.”
"The right to vote is a cornerstone of our democracy,” said Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto. “Nevada's voters should be able to exercise that right without fear of corruption, fraud or intimidation. This task force will work diligently to protect the integrity of the voting process."
“The U.S. Attorney’s office is pleased to be part of the Election Integrity Task Force, which is committed to ensuring that the November 2008 election is administered fairly in Nevada,” said U.S. Attorney Greg Brower. “Our District Election Officer will be working with the Task Force before, during, and following the election to oversee the handling of any complaints of election fraud and voting rights abuses in consultation with Justice Department Headquarters.”
“True democracy requires the public to maintain confidence in its voting system,” said FBI Special Agent in-Charge Steven Martinez. “This multi-jurisdictional task force will do its part to ensure such confidence, to include the diligent investigation of those who willfully and intentionally violate federal elections laws.”
Some of the potential violations that will be the focus of the Task Force include citizens being registered to vote by individuals who are paid per application, and multiple registration applications with seemingly identical handwriting, indicating that the same individual may have completed more than one registration under different names. It is illegal for registration drive organizers to base compensation on the number of completed applications. The Task Force will also be watching for registration applications being discarded when the potential voters don’t match the profile desired by the group conducting the registration drive.
“The best way to ensure that your voter registration is up to date is to check your status on www.silverstate08.com,” said Miller. “If you register to vote with a person or an organization conducting a registration drive, it’s your responsibility to make sure that the application ultimately makes it to the county registrar. The best way to make sure that happens is to personally deliver it or mail it to the registrar, rather than leaving it to some outside group or third party.”

Registrars of voters and their assistants have ample opportunity to program voting computers so that candidates favored by the power elite of any given elections district will wind up with more votes than candidates who are not favored.
During 2007 world-class experts in the field of computer security examined Sequoia voting machines ~ exactly like those used in all 17 Nevada counties ~ and determined that they can be easily rigged in a number of ways to throw elections. And because machines count and manipulate votes in secret, away from voter oversight, there are no meaningful checks and balances to prevent fraud. Elections should be open and transparent; in Nevada they are not!
When unscrupulous persons have access to voting machine software and hardware, the will of the people can be skewed and violated. And democracy becomes an abominable hoax. Over thousands of years in the experience of mankind, evil persons have lied, cheated, stolen, and even killed in order to gain political power. Such evil persons now have the course of rigging voting machines to achieve their ends. Yes, Virginia, evil persons are probably more numerous now than ever before. To believe otherwise is sheer stupidity.
Many Americans have viewed the HBO documentary film, Hacking Democracy, which clearly reveals how computerized voting machines can be manipulated. To repeat: Insiders ~ registrars of voters and their assistants ~ have ample opportunity to prostitute actual votes and switch them to the support of candidates favored by the power elite in any given voting district.
The Internet is full of responsible and well-documented evidence proving the criminal potential of voting machines marketed by companies including Sequoia Voting Systems and Diebold (the latter now having a new name to escape the notoriety of "Diebold").

In spite of the concerns many Nevadans and other Americans have about voting machine fraud, "Secretary of State" Ross Miller's media release totally ignores any mention of the sinister cloud hanging over Nevada's dirty voting machines.
This is nothing less than deception by omission which is a form of fraud.
Miller and his partners in treason, as demonstrated by the subject media release, are attempting to walk away from the truth that our Sequoia voting machines should be DECERTIFIED just as they have been in California by direction of Debra Bowen, California Secretary of State. Californians are demanding honest elections which can't be delivered by corrupt machines. Why should Nevada voters accept anything less?
Consider this definition of FRAUD drawn from Black's Law Dictionary:
An intentional perversion of truth for the purpose of inducing another in reliance upon it to part with some valuable thing belonging to him or to surrender a legal right. A false representation of a matter of fact… which deceives and is intended to deceive another so that he shall act upon it to his legal injury. … It consists of some deceitful practice or willful device, resorted to with intent to deprive another of his right, or in some manner to do him injury…
Consider these court cites regarding FRAUD:
U.S. v. Prudden, 424 F.2d. 1021; U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F. 2d. 297, 299, 300 (1977).
Silence can only be equated with fraud when there is a legal and moral duty to speak or when an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading.
